Wholesale Account Application

Before submitting an application, please review the following wholesale qualifications:

  • If you already have a business account with an established ordering history with us, and are unsure if you need to apply, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1-800-879-3337 or support@mountainroseherbs.com and we will be happy to help.
  • If you are already a Net 30 Terms account holder, you do not need to submit an application. If you are not seeing wholesale pricing when you log in, please contact our Wholesale Accounts Department.
  • You must be a business that is purchasing product for retail, resale, or manufacturing of goods to be a wholesale account holder.
  • If applicable in your state, you will be required to fill out additional forms and submit additional documents to qualify for tax exemption that may be necessary to maintain your wholesale account status.
  • If you are a new customer filling out the application below, an account will be created for you. However, you will not be able to access wholesale pricing until your application is approved and you are contacted by a Wholesale Account Representative.
  • We will not process applications with incomplete fields or without supporting documents attached. If you do not complete all fields or attach applicable documents, your request for a wholesale account will be denied and you will be asked to resubmit your application.
  • Your business must be tax-exempt as a registered reseller, wholesaler, and/or manufacturer in the state/s where you do business in order to qualify for our wholesale program.  As such, we have made tax exemption documents available for you to download, fill out, and upload to your wholesale application.  You can find your state-specific tax exemption forms here.
  • The minimum order for wholesale customers is $200. If you have net 30 terms account established with us the minimum to place on terms order is $500.

*Please note, your wholesale application will be processed in the order it is received. There are several steps that need to be taken to verify all documents and information and this takes time. We will send email communication along the way, to update you on each step that is taken, please keep an eye out for these emails. We are not able to expedite this application process, if you have an urgent order that needs to be placed for your business before your application is accepted, you may place it as a retail customer.
