Mountain Rose Herbs, founded in 1987, is a purveyor of sustainable, organic ingredients including herbs, spices, teas, essential oils, and more. We specialize in supplying these bulk ingredients and handcrafted natural body care and wellness products to customers in both the US and Canada. Currently we fulfill orders through our website and call center, operating both retail and bulk distribution divisions. Corporate headquarters as well as the customer service center and distribution facility are located in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. We are a zero-waste and fair trade company that not only tries to better the world abroad, but also our local communities, giving generously of our staff time and financial resources to many nonprofits that make the planet a better place.

Most positions available are full-time. Promotions are based on training and performance. There are frequent opportunities for internal hiring. Our facilities are in operation seven days a week. Positions may have early morning shifts as early as 6 a.m. or swing shifts as late as 11 p.m.
