This delicious blend of nervines is formulated to calm, relax, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep. Lavender, lemon balm, and passionflower help to support relaxation, and blended with adaptogenic mucuna bean. Rose, vanilla and green rooibos tea are added to make this a flavorful, relaxing evening treat.

Ingredients:
Organic green rooibos tea, organic mucuna bean powder, organic ginger root powder, organic lemon balm powder, organic rose petal powder, pink Himalayan salt, organic vanilla bean powder, organic lavender powder, and organic passionflower powder.

Instructions:

Place 2 tsp. in a mug. Add honey or another sweetener (optional). Add 1 oz. of hot water and mix well until powder is mostly dissolved. Some powder will remain. Top off with 6 oz. of hot water, stir, and enjoy!
