Aroma and Flavor
Has a light perfume with hints of fresh cut grass, and a well-rounded green flavor with little tannin.

Brew Instructions
Add 1 teaspoon of tea to a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
