Organically grown right here in the Willamette Valley, these white, green, and black teas have been handpicked and produced in very small batches. These specialty teas make a wonderful addition to the tea lover's collection or make for exceptional gifts!
Please note that these rare teas are only available for a limited time as each hand-picked harvest yields only a small amount. We look forward to continuing work with this local organic farm to offer a limited release each year. Once it’s out of stock for the year, you can sign up for a back in stock notification on this page to be alerted about the next harvest. This will typically be in late fall.
Oregon Green Tea
Harvested in the spring, this tea is cooked over a high heat then goes through multiple rounds of rolling and drying, bringing out the leaves’ aroma. A light flavor with notes of artichoke hearts, pine sap, and a citrus zest. Contains Caffeine.
Ingredients: Organic green tea. 0.35 oz.
Oregon Black Tea
This summer harvested tea is processed shortly after being picked, providing for a brewed tea that has a sweet, smooth flavor, with a baked aroma. Contains Caffeine.
Ingredients: Organic black tea. 0.35 oz.
Oregon White Tea
While in many ways this tea is the simplest to produce, the harvest takes a longer time than other teas. The fragrant leaves make for a brew with Fruity notes and hints of licorice and cloves. Contains Caffeine.
Ingredients: Organic white tea. 0.2 oz.
Brewing instructions:
Steep 1 teaspoon in 8 fl. oz. of boiling water for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength and flavor.
