Aroma and Flavor:
Smelling richly of ginger and caramel, this tea tastes of earthy chestnut, roasted apple spice, followed by a lightly fruity finish. Contains caffeine.

Ingredients:
Organic assam tea, organic ginger root, organic roasted cacao shells, organic cassia cinnamon chips, organic cardamom hulled, organic fair-trade cacao roasted powder, organic elder flowers, and organic vanilla flavoring.

Brewing Instructions:
Fill 1 teaspoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
Alternately: Put 2 Tablespoons in a medium saucepan with milk or milk alternative and gently simmer for 10-12 minutes for a more traditional, stronger decoction.
