This single variety, extra-virgin olive oil is made from organic arbequina olives grown and pressed on a family farm in California’s San Joaquina Valley, creating one of the freshest oils available. Unlike many other olive oils produced, where the olives are harvested at a farm then transported to a distant milling facility, this oil is produced from freshly picked olives that are immediately transported from the grove to the farm’s own plant where the milling process begins.
This delicate finishing oil has a subtly zesty flavor, balanced with buttery notes and a mild peppery finish. Drizzle over salads or roasted veggies to add a bright flavor or combine with our artisanal balsamic vinegar to create an elevated bread dip.
