Lemon tea tree essential oil is a top note steam distilled from the leaves and twigs of Leptospermum petersonii. While the name may sound like a blend, this stimulating oil is a single species in the same family as tea tree oil. It has an energetic lemon aroma with notes of green herbs. This oil is popular in homemade cleaning recipes as well as in diffusers for its fresh and uplifting scent. The bright scent of lemon tea tree oil will blend beautifully with many essential oils like peppermint, cedarwood, lavender, or any other citrus oils.
