• Locally sourced in the Willamette Valley of Oregon, pumpkin seed powder provides the base of this blend and brings a wide array of health benefits. Due to its fiber content, it is often thought of as an aid to the digestive system, however it’s also known for supporting a healthy cardiovascular system and aiding in muscular recovery after occasional overexertion. These benefits are possible due to the unique combination of amino acids, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats that constitute pumpkin seed powder.
• Flax, hemp, and chia seeds create a powerful seed trio that contains a diversity of micronutrients such as calcium, iron, magnesium, and alpha-linolenic acid (a type of omega-3 fatty acid.) Additionally, both hemp and chia are “complete proteins”, which means that they contain all nine essential amino acids necessary for optimal health.
• Marshmallow root and slippery elm bark powders were added for their natural mucilage, which supports the mucous membranes of the respiratory, digestive, and urinary tracts.*

Directions: Add 1 Tablespoon of powder to 8 ounces of smoothie or drink of choice. Approximately 12 servings per container.
