Redeem Gift Certificate
To redeem a gift certificate at Mountain Rose Herbs, follow the simple steps below.
- You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
- Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
- Click the 'View Cart' link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
- Look for the "Add Certificate" link under the running total. Please enter the unique gift certificate code into this field and click "Apply." You can redeem partial or multiple gift certificates on a single order.
Electronic gift certificates purchased online can not be redeemed at any of our physical store locations. All gift certificates purchased online can ONLY be redeemed here on our website.
If you do not have a gift certificate code in the above format, you may have one of our old paper gift certificates. These would have been mailed to you on a notecard and delivered as a packet to your physical address. To redeem a paper gift certificate, please follow these instructions:
- When you are ready to use your gift certificate, call Customer Service at 1-800-879-3337. We are here Monday through Friday, from 8am to 4pm PST. Let us know that you would like to redeem a paper gift certificate and provide the number and amount listed on the card we mailed you. We are going to convert your paper gift certificate into a store credit that you will be able to use right away. Please note, we are only able to create a store credit for customers that are registered on our website. If you do not have an online account with us, we are happy to assist you in creating one.
- Once we have added the value of your gift card balance to your account as a store credit, you will see it as part of your payment options. You will be able to check the box above the payment fields where it says, "Apply $__.__ store credit to order" during the checkout process. You will immediately see a negative balance appear under your running total when applied correctly.
