Donation & Sponsorships

Serving the community is a core part of Mountain Rose Herbs’ mission. We are pleased to support many organizations and events across the United States – we enjoy connecting with you!

Due to an increasing number of donation and sponsorship requests, we have adopted the following policies and submission guidelines for all inquiries. The purpose of these guidelines is not to deter donation requests, but rather to facilitate and manage our donation and sponsorship program. All donation requests will be considered fairly, but at this time, Mountain Rose Herbs prefers to only donate goods to licensed nonprofit organizations.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Mountain Rose Herbs supports and funds causes that are aligned with our mission and core values. To be considered for a in-kind donation, the applicant must champion one or more of the following causes:

  • Environmental/Conservation
  • Herbal Education
  • Organic/Sustainable Agriculture
  • Wildlife/Animal Welfare
  • Social Justice/Indigenous Rights
  • Local events in the greater Eugene, Oregon area

REQUESTS

Please read the following information closely when submitting your request, and be as specific as possible. All requests must be submitted using our online form below. We are unable to review inquiries submitted via telephone, fax, or e-mail. Please note that we are unable to offer donations outside of the United States due to tax and tariff complications. 

IN-KIND

Mountain Rose Herbs has a strong commitment to donating merchandise to organizations and are grateful to be able to do so. Since donation requests are reviewed on a monthly basis, we ask that you please allow your requests to be a minimum of 60 days in advance for product donations such as stickers, samples, teas, and gift baskets. As a reminder, we do not donate products for resale purposes, and we will only be in touch if your organization is selected.

SPONSORSHIP REQUESTS

If you would like Mountain Rose Herbs to sponsor, attend, or speak at an event, conference, or tradeshow, please fill out the form below at least eight weeks prior to the event. Provide specific details about your organization, the type of event, and expected attendance.
