Retail Return Policy
If you wish to return products for any reason, you may bring them back to the store within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.* Some exclusions may apply so please read the full return policy for additional information. For compliance reasons, products purchased on our website cannot be returned at any of our physical locations. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns at our headquarters for items that were purchased at any of our retail stores.
Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund via the method of original payment.
POLICY RESTRICTIONS
Returns must be made at the store location where the products were originally purchased.
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
We may deny a return if a significant amount of the product has been used.
We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients.
Refunds will only be issued for products that are returned in the original form that they were purchased in.
*Proof of purchase is required for all returns if a refund is requested. We must have any one of the following as proof of purchase:
- The print, email, or text receipt for the items being returned.
- The credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
- The phone number or email address linked to the account that was used to make the purchase. (Loyalty program customers only.)
Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above. We will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot dispose of them for you.
