Best known for its ability to promote relaxation, organic chamomile hydrosol is wonderful for facial and body applications and can be helpful with minor skin irritations. The scent of chamomile hydrosol imparts itself heavily and is markedly different from the fresh flowers or essential oil.

Organic chamomile hydrosol may be used alone or in combination with other hydrosols such as frankincense or rose as a balancing skin toner. The addition of witch hazel is also a very popular combination in skin care formulations, and it may be used in place of water as a harmonious base for cream and lotion recipes.

Chamomile hydrosol is crafted in the Pacific Northwest via water-steam distillation of the fresh flowers Matricaria recutita. Suitable for cosmetic use.
