Aroma and Flavor
A deep and full-bodied aroma with a smooth, palatable flavor. This tea has forward notes of raspberry and spearmint with underlying hints of grass and aromatic spices.

Ingredients
Organic spearmint leaf, organic raspberry leaf, organic vitex berries, organic skullcap, organic marshmallow root, organic ginger, and organic valerian root.

Brewing Suggestions
Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Experiment with steep time and quantity of tea and find your ideal cup!

Precautions
Vitex berry is not recommended for use with hormonal contraceptives. Marshmallow root should be taken with at least 250 mL (8 oz.) of liquid. Orally administered drugs should be taken 1 hour before use or several hours after, as marshmallow may slow the absorption.
