Red clover sprouts are similar to alfalfa sprouts in appearance and texture but have a milder flavor. Clover sprouting seeds should be gently rinsed, soaked for 8 hours or overnight and will sprout in 5-7 days. During their sprouting phase they need to be thoroughly rinsed with cool, clean water every 8-12 hours. Refrigerate your sprouts after their final rinse.
