Product Details

Our white sage hydrosol has a subtle and ghostly scent. Much gentler than the pungent leaves of dried white sage, this crisp hydrosol is excellent for any indoor space. This light mist has a delicate scent by itself and can be blended with your favorite essential oils to create a personalized aroma spray.

With a spectral and alluring scent, organic white sage hydrosol may be spritzed on its own generously into the air. Add essential oils such as juniper, cedarwood, or lavender for an enhanced room spray. A little sage essential oil helps to bring out the dry and herbaceous notes of the white sage. This hydrosol contains the compound 1,8-cineole.

White sage grows naturally in the arid regions of southwest California and in northwestern Mexico. This revered plant has a long history of use for its aromatics amongst tribes living in the region where it grows. Due to loss of habitat, increases in popularity, and a changing climate, white sage is on the United Plant Savers “To Watch” list. In an effort to preserve wild populations for future generations and the cultures that have a long history of stewarding them, we use organically cultivated white sage in the distillation of our hydrosol.

Our white sage hydrosol is expertly crafted in the via water-steam distillation of fresh, cultivated Salvia apiana
