Saw Palmetto: Serenoa repens is a member of the Arecaceae family and is also known as sabal palm. The berries of the saw palmetto were traditionally employed as a food source and general tonic by the Native Americans in Florida. Saw palmetto has many wellness benefits and supports healthy prostate functioning.*
Horsetail: This historic plant has a tradition of use in various ancient healing practices in support of the urinary system. Horsetail is also high in minerals and is often prepared in support of bone health. Various tribes indigenous to North America would use the tea as a diuretic, kidney tonic, and a cough remedy for horses.
Nettle: The entire plant including the leaves, seeds, stalk, and root, have a long history of use from food to textile fibers. Nettle roots have traditionally been utilized in European folk practices as an ingredient in male care blends and a tonic herb for the urinary tract. Nettle support healthy urinary function and has mild diuretic action.*
